The reports surfaced shortly after Prince Harry’s 40th birthday celebrations, casting a shadow over what should’ve been a joyful occasion. Allegedly, Meghan’s treatment of her staff has earned her a harsh new reputation among insiders — one that has reportedly left “grown men in tears.”
Meghan, a former actress known for her role on Suits, married Prince Harry in 2018 and quickly became a global figure. But behind the royal glamor, some sources suggest a much darker picture. According to The Hollywood Reporter, both Meghan and Harry have been described by insiders as “erratic decision-makers,” with Meghan being particularly difficult to work with. One source even claimed, “Harry’s incredibly likable and down-to-earth — but he enables her behavior. And she’s just unbearable.”
Reports of a high staff turnover have followed the couple for years. Meghan’s top adviser and private secretary departed in 2021. More recently, their chief of staff reportedly resigned after just three months in the role.
